I understand that shipping is free on all product and sales tax is not applicable (except in the state of California). I understand that all warranty requests are handled directly from the manufacturer and a 20% restocking fee may apply. I also understand the payment terms for the purchase of this product is 30 days from the date of invoice. All product carries a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within a 30-day period for general items and 14 days on electronics. Special Order items are not eligible for return. Special Order items are defined as any product not found in the OfficeXpress Catalog.
